The mailbag every venture would come to carry.
Every venture needs to send letters — a welcome, a receipt, a reminder — and rather than rent that job out, the workshop built its own post room. MailTrooper is the mailbag the whole collection came to share: it carries the mail for the hospital rota, the makers' marketplace, the key cabinet, the payments house, the first storefront.
It began early and never really stopped. Quiet, dependable, and entirely in-house — the connective tissue that lets a family of separate products feel like one.
